I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?

Before contacting us, we suggest checking your junk/spam folder for your confirmation email.

If you still can't find it, please get in touch with us and provide your address details so we can investigate.

I have put the wrong delivery address on my order. What should I do?

Please mention in your email title "Wrong Address", "Incorrect Address", "Change to Address" and include your order number within the email and the full delivery address you wish the parcel to be sent to.

If your order has been dispatched already we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address on the order and it may be delivered to the address you have placed on your order details. In this instance we cannot take any responsibility if you are unable to retrieve the parcel from the address.

Can I make a change to my order?

However, please be aware that if you contact us we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to catch your order before it's processed.

Additionally, if you contact us after the day you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make any changes to it.

How do I cancel an order?

We understand that you may change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please make sure you have your order number to hand and that your email subject title includes "Cancel" or "Cancellation"

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Please note orders may be delayed, depending on which payment option has been used. Orders are not shipped until payment has cleared.

  • Bank Transfer and PayPal - Immediately Processed
  • Debit/Credit Card- 3 days (not including weekends)

Delivery

Where is my order?

To see the current status of your order you can login in to your account by entering the email address used when placing your order.

We will also email you with your tracking information once this has been collected by carrier.

Items may arrive to you from different warehouses or different carriers depending on their size. Please take note of the expected delivery period for each item you purchase from us as they may arrive at different times.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery period is 3-5 working days. Some items may have a longer delivery period.

We may need to split your order to fulfil these from different warehouses and the parcels may not arrive on the same date.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of items before contacting us.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We utilize multiple carries based on the size and weight of your order.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

Before you do return your item, please make sure to read our returns policy to check that your item is eligible for a return or not.

Please ensure to include all relevant details: Order Number, Name, Address and why you are returning.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Personalised items are not eligible for a return, please ensure all details are correct when placing the order.
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Will I receive a return label?

Return labels are only provided if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If the item meets these criteria, please contact us via email at sales.lacasabella@gmail.com

Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items if you change your mind. This policy applies to all non-faulty items, including clothing.

How do I return a faulty item?

If your item is faulty, please reach out to our customer service team with details of the issue.

I am missing part of my order?

We are sorry to hear that your order has arrived with parts missing, please note that some items may arrive separately on different dates.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The time it takes for the payment to show in your bank account depends on your payment method, but usually 2-5 working days.
